The Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) at the
Genesee Regional Chamber of Commerce can help!
The PTAC staff of procurement professionals is dedicated
to providing you with an understanding of the requirements
of government contracting, and the know-how to obtain and
successfully perform federal, state and local government
contracts.
In 2007, PTAC reported more than $11.3 million from over
390 government contracts awarded to the local businesses
that the program supports. In 2006, the Regional Chamber
PTAC helped Genesee County companies obtain nearly 400 government
contracts totaling over $16.5 million.
The government marketplace poses unique challenges that
can overwhelm
a company that does not have the maturity or resources to
meet them.
